Ian has been involved in personal and organisation development for more than 40 years. During this time he has introduced coaching and leadership development programmes to a wide variety of organisations, from many sectors in both the UK and internationally. His personal coaching style focuses on supporting and challenging leaders and individuals who want to change and to develop their capabilities at work. He has been a major influence in the introduction of coaching at Said Business School, University of Oxford and chairs The Coaching Forum.. He is a Master Executive Coaching and an accreditation assessor for the Association for Coaching.
Ray is a highly experienced executive coach, facilitator, learning designer and organisation development consultant. He specialises in individual, team, organisation and leadership development. He has taught, tutored or coached for Birmingham, Cranfield, Henley, Said Oxford, Sheffield Hallam and Warwick Business Schools and, since 1989, for WMG; and was recently a Programme Director for York University School of Management. He has worked in and for private, public and not-for-profit sectors, on clarity of purpose, values, motivation, quality, innovation, collaboration, positivity and sustainability. He builds learning partnerships through listening, inquiring and being creative, mindful and challenging.
Paul has been working in executive education and development for more than fifteen years, and combines his organisational experience with his background as a professional musician. As a coach, he is committed to constructing a safe space for his clients to be open with themselves; a space in which challenge is welcome, choices become clearer and ownership of those choices is unambiguous.
Penny has run her own consultancy and coaching business since 2012 and has developed a specialism for helping ambitious business owners manage their long-term plans, personal leadership style and succession planning. As an Executive Coach she supports people in working out how to shape their lives, inside and outside work, around what matters most to them, to achieve their goals and create personal happiness.
Claire is a coach, information specialist and researcher. She has over a decade of experience working in the public sector, and was a member of an internal coaching network before moving into private practice. She coaches academic and commercial, as well as individual clients. Her aim is to help people be the best that they can be, by working with them to identify and attain their aspirations.
Juliette Fardon draws on her substantial training and experience as a Psychotherapist, Coach, Head of Department, Specialist Teacher, co-parent and mother of three children, to work with people who are ready for a change. She often works with families to facilitate transitions and runs parenting programmes. She works with people ready for a change and supports through discussion and practical activities designed to facilitate an increase in self-determination and self-belief.
Kirsten’s collaborative and reflective approach to coaching is enhanced by extensive experience in personal and professional development and programme design within international higher and executive education. With a background in careers coaching, teaching, and corporate learning and development she guides and supports her clients to help them achieve their desired success.
